When you purchase or contact Prale Performance, information may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order details and vehicle information you choose to provide, such as a VIN. VIN is optional at checkout.
How we use information
We use information to process payments, review fitment, fulfil and support orders, communicate about a purchase, prevent fraud and comply with applicable obligations. We use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes.
Service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping providers may receive the address and contact information needed to deliver an order. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
Your choices
You can request access to or correction of personal information related to an order by replying to the order confirmation. Keep in mind that certain information must be retained to complete an order, handle a return or meet legal and accounting obligations.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a free-text order note or support request.
Reply to your order confirmation with the subject line “Privacy request” and include the order number where applicable.
