Please use the fitment selection on the website and review the product description before ordering. You are responsible for confirming that the selected product, intended use and delivery details are right for your vehicle and plans.
Final-sale policy
All orders are final once placed. Prale Performance exhaust products are custom-prepared for the selected vehicle and shipping method. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind after an order is submitted.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies that may apply if we make a confirmed order error, supply the wrong item, or fail to meet an obligation required by applicable consumer law.
Authorized returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Do not send an item back without written return instructions from Prale Performance. A return may be authorized only where required by applicable law or where we confirm an order error or product issue after review.
If a return is authorized, the item must remain unused and uninstalled, with original packaging, labels and safe protective packaging. We will provide the applicable return and refund instructions in writing after review.
Shipping damage or order errors
Inspect all packages when they arrive. If you receive a damaged item or believe an incorrect item was supplied, contact us promptly using the details in your order confirmation. Keep the original packaging, product labels and photos of the issue; they may be needed for freight or supplier review.
This final-sale policy is shown before checkout and forms part of your order. It does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
