Freight methods
Available freight options are shown on the product page before secure checkout. Sea freight is free for the products currently listed. Air freight is CA$198 for the Mid + Rear Exhaust Section and CA$128 for downpipe and G82 track products. Freight charges are shown in CAD.
Order processing
After payment, Prale Performance reviews the order details, product availability and delivery destination. We may contact you if we need to confirm the exact vehicle configuration or shipping information. Providing a VIN is optional and can help with fitment review.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on freight method, destination, supplier availability and carrier conditions. We will share an estimated dispatch and delivery window once your order has been reviewed. Tracking is supplied when available from the carrier.
Duties, taxes & installation
Unless expressly shown at checkout, product prices do not include applicable sales taxes, installation, or any destination-specific charges. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for arranging qualified installation where required.
Please inspect the exterior of every shipment on arrival. Report visible freight damage before installation and keep the original packaging.
